    Hotel Royal park have very favourable condition for business as well as family guest. I personally visited as business tour. All the expectations were fulfilled by the staff and management. I have clean and hygienic room and public area.

    You will get the best experience to stay ,amazing service, delicious food, wonderful rooms, very friendly staffs. You will feel like home. The hotel is completely sanitized. Best hotel to stay in Zirakpur.

    Indeed a hotel which feel make you feel royal. Classy food,staffs are really cooperative. Checked out at 4 pm and they have not charged me extra money.thanks to the management.for a business trip ,it is a great hotel.

    If you are travelling with an elderly, skip this one - it has about 22 steps to just reach the reception. Staff was rude - refused that we had a booking. We wanted to explore the city but my father could not go up and down the stairs - they refused to let outside food in the hotel. Had to argue with them. Rooms are too compact with most not having a window too. Reception is so close to the rooms and they shout and talk - can't sleep. Will not recommend it.

    Worst service and very terrible food quality There are only 4 items in main course in buffet dinner Never stay here ever There is no warm water in bathroom Such a very bad experience....never ever book this hotel
