Pathetic Experience!

Hospitality, good behavior and discipline are a few of the values that the hospitality industry runs upon. However, this hotel has completely forgotten to follow the basics. The staff at the hotel possesses a bad attitude towards the visitors, the service was not up to the mark and definitely not worth the money paid by us. Their Manager Ms. Kaamna does not feel to possess any training on how to behave and deal with the visitors at all. She didn’t seem interested to sort our issues, rather was keener to blow things out of proportion.
The hotel is in the hands of bad management who do not believe in updating their listing options at various online booking platforms. As per our booking information, we have booked the hotel and were given complimentary breakfast in the booking package. However, after our arrival, they informed us that the listing on the site was not updated and in case we needed breakfast, we will have to pay for the same. On further questioning, they asked us to get in touch with the booking platform and talk to them directly as they have nothing to do with the mix up which was clearly their fault. This attitude and poor service for the compensation paid by us are absolutely not acceptable, would not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a single day stay!!
Pathetic rooms and pathetic food

Pathetic service, the rooms are not clean, the bed sheets and towels are all dirty. There were foot marks on the pillow cover.
The bathroom had leakage. There was no drinking water, doormat and hot kettle in the room.
At the breakfast table there were no tissues, no cuttlery, no bowls, no cups etc. I had to wait for 20 min and literally had to shout out then I got it.
I would never ever recommend this hotel.
I had been to number of hotels but this has been my worst experience ever.
Worst hotel I ever visited.

No proper food, no cleaning, Room was not cleaned. Blankets towels was dirty. Electricity issues was there. No hot water , Bathroom was dirtiest.
Don’t go ever if it’s free . Horrible experience we had.
CLARION INN IS THE WORST , DONT STAY EVEN IF ITS FREE. NOT EVEN A 1 STAR.

Don’t stay even if it’s offered for Free. Pathetic rooms , pathetic Staff, pathetic hygiene… the washroom doors are broken, linen is stinking and staff are really pathetic , not wearing masks even in times of Corona . This is located near the airport BUT AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
The MANAGEMENT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANYONE. FOOD OF THE PREBIOUS GUEST GREETED US ON CHECKIN, FOOD WAS LYING UNPICKED OUTSIDE OUR ROOMS …
THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED !!!

The staff is least interested in accommodating to the requests of the in house guests. There is no valet parking available for guests and the parking is at leats 300 metre walking for the guests. A small request to clean the room has been made 5-6 times since morning and they have not done it at all. Water bottles were requested and were given after 6 hours and regular reminders for the same. The food quality is below average too. I wont suggest this hotel at all.
