Nice well mentioned Property, staff’s politeness is really appreciable always ready to help with Smile on face. Food quality is upto mark, Food quality is emendable. Hotel Location is very easily accessible.

I stayed here last week, the hotel is on the highway. You can walk for 10/15 mins to the closest shops. The hotel only looks good from outside but not inside. The lobby is good but the rooms, they are ok, compared to the exteriors. When I checked in there was no hot water coming and a plumber had to be called to check, which was taking a long time. Rather, these should have been checked in advance, before the guests arrive. Being a big hotel, water bottles are not provided complimentary, you will have to pay for it. Also, the breakfast was bad not many options available.Internet also was not working properly.
Worst experience and lost our iphone in their Banquet Hall

We visited Silky Resort Banquet for a marriage function on 12th Dec. Pathetic services and on top of that my wife's Iphone12 was stolen from their Banquet Hall. When we complaint and asked for CCTV footage, Hotel management start giving lame excuses and on creating pressure they agreed to call CCTV camera technician but after some time they again start giving different excuses like they have forget CCTV system password and will arrange cctv footage soon and now after 2 days, they informed all the hard disk and past footage has been completely erased. We are suspecting any one from management also involved in this theft. Worst experience :(

Rude staff. In all 3 rooms geezers & Ac not working. Manager lied while checking in but mrng staff refused to switch on solar as only 6/7 rooms occupied. Terrible food quality. Rooms dirty. Terrible stay

hotel is very very horrible. We saw pics online and booked but total disappointment. No hot water, no proper beddings all dirty, room not maintained. Basic cleanliness shld be there in this covid times. Manager also very rude. Totally frustrating to stay after a long tiring ride but no choice have to spend the nite. Only a young boy Arun Agrawal has been very helpful through out.
