I will remember Hotel citi heights for providing great services during my stay. I booked fir 1 night but after looking at the rooms and enjoying their services booked it for 2nd night also. Mr Raju bhatt received us with a warm welcome. Wi-fi speed was also good. Location is just perfect for travellers.

We stayed in september in hotel citi heights during our friends wedding and we really enjoyed our stay. Room was very large and neat & clean. Staff is decent. Food was good. Every guest was praising their services.

I was with my family for a wedding trip to this hotel. It is situated in the heart of the city with all attractions close to it. The food was amazing. Staff is friendly local. I would suggest them to start morning newspaper. Rest it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend to all. Thanks for the Hospitality to all the staff members off citi heights hotel.

Room was spacious and we had a good cupboard to store our luggages and things. Room had all amenities that we needed, from AC, fan, geyser, big bed, mattress, pillows, bath towell, TV with nice channels etc. Shower in the bathroom was working fine that we had a shower bath once we came to room from outing.

We just had a nights halt in this hotel to take rest before we proceed towards delhi from dharamshala. We had informed the hotel well in advance that we would be checking in late by around 10.00 PM but even then the rom was not completely ready. We were allowed to move into the room immediately but there were no toiletries provided, no tissue papers, no wifi connectivity. Bathroom was in average condition. Bath tub was broken and there was no other place where u can take bath, you have to stand in bath tub to take bath. Shower used to start on its own and stop on its own. Only good thing was room was clean and staff was polite. We ordered late for dinner which they readily provided. The basic items from menu was provided. Will not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel considering the rates they charge.
