We stayed with family and enjoyed the hotel. Its in our budget and nice rooms.Its in the prime location near to central railways station.The food also tastes very good and even in budget compare to outside food prices. The bathroom size is little small.

It was my second stayed with Grand Cascade, clean room with well furnished and much enough space for two person. Comfortable and clean bathroom also large size. Good service provided, southindian breakfast. Overall good.

We had booked 2 rooms for the 26th of Dec with these guys. We had called in twice to confirm that we are traveling and will get in late at night and hence to make sure our rooms are ready. Once we landed in Chennai, they called back confirming if we are on our way or not. Once we reached there, they told us they had given our rooms away even after confirming we are on our way 3 times. They showed us alternate rooms which were all very small or had single beds which didn't fit our needs. They took us to a sister hotel owned by the same owner, which reeked of smoke and had super tiny rooms. Finally, we had enough of their excuses and decided that they did not deserve a single Rupee from us. Disgruntled and unhappy we left their premises and booked another hotel at 2 AM in the night with a 1 year old baby super tired due to the ordeal. Please be careful when dealing with these folks as they use the bait and switch trick on customers and give them rooms that they wouldn't have booked in the first place. Hence, make sure you only pay once you check your rooms and not before hand.

Booked to my family thru Goibibo, Staff are rude, they called me in the morning asking about arrival time & on Arrival they shifted to cheap lodge which has no restaurant. Must Avoid this hotel,unsafe hotel

Worst hotel in Chennai, Do no book this hotel as you would be shifted to cheap lodge. No Assurance for booking thru Goibibo. Reservation to this property will land you to cheap Lodge.. at least they could have called and ask to cancel the booking.
