Rooms are awesome. Design it is. Courteous staff. Narendra and Kapish were much helpful. If not the current pandemic situation, an ideal location for your shopping needs. Due to pandemic the in-room dining nor the restaurants weren't functional, though they arranged me a South Indian breakfast in the mornings. Kudos!

Very nice stay! Good job by the team, very understanding and helpful staff. I did not have time to make use of the restaurant but will definitely stay here the next time in a relaxed way. Must try place for young couples. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

The hotel is located at a Mall. So good for people who like to do shopping and hang out. The follow all the Covid 19 protocols. The manager Mr. Jaya Kumar was very helpful and friendly. Good front office team. The staffs are polite. The concept of the hotel is their unique designs. 4 different types of designs. This time stayed at ATI which represents the Chettinad home theme. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The food was tasty and good quality. Highly recommended place for all.

This has become my go-to hotel to relax and experience some quality leisure time. Amazing location and super-friendly staff, especially Mr.Rajasekar who is responsible for the front desk. He was gracious enough to walk us through the various themes of rooms available for a better in-person experience and made sure we had a comfortable stay in every aspect. A special mention to Mr. Kabish as well who went out of the way to make the room compatible for our twins, the theme we chose had gorgeous hanging lights, but as I was staying with my twins, I had to ensure their safety as these lights were well within their reach. On request, he found a workaround by removing the glass domes and tucking them away, a gesture which I greatly appreciated as it made my stay even more pleasant without having to worry about the safety of my kids. The location of this hotel is a mighty plus, located within the Phoenix shopping mall, it the perfect place to shop > relax > repeat. :) All in all, a satisfying experience, and looking forward to another stay in the future.
