Had a wonderful experience staying here. Great facilities like 1bhk with nice views and friendly nd quick service. Breakfast was limited with great quality of food with right choices of food. Well recommended to families nd friends.

I was there with my friends in this property . After travelling so long a friend of mine recommended the place. The rooms are beautiful so amazing pool view and garden view and has a seperate living room too. The food options were awesome as they have a Vegetarian Restaurant called Sangeetha and A Non Veg Restaurant Coal Barbecues. They even went of the way and made baby food in the midnight for my little one. Keep up the great work.... Will surely recommend you to my friends.

We booked executive suit(Room No 888) for 26/03/22. It was scorching chennai summer. The AC in the room was not working and the unfriendly hotel staff had no solution for the same. Hotel guys didn't even show small gesture of concern for our situation. We were not given any alternate room and witnessed the most pathetic hotel management ever. If you want anything in the room like water, towel, soap etc, you got to call the reception 10 times. Worst customer service and hotel maintenance.

I stay 2 day at ilara hotel.its my second visit.Room was nice and beautiful swimming pool.staff need training 2nd day my room Cleaning not happen still after placing room cleaning card.No towel and water replacement and bed sheet found torn and no supplies are their no lotion shower gel,shaving kit, conditioner,comb,shower glass fully uncleaned water marks on shower door and toilet bowl yellow strains, health phaset water leakage limited hot water facility and shower head tap button missing I face problem with shower without button how can I do shower? bathroom mirror light fuse.Before giving to guest some one supervisor or manager should be check I think it's not value for money.Hope it's will not happen my next visit.

I have booked the room for 26jan-27jan20 through makemy trip . I called the hotel and checked on 25jan evening they said your booking in confirmed. I went to the hotel for check in after went to hotel i really shocked they said your booikng in not confirmed you check make my trip customer care. i said already i checked on yesterday you said booking is confirmed then how to you say booking not confirm . they told we are not responsible for this u check with makemytrip team i check with makemytrip team they said sorry sir rooms are full reply from hotel management . I spoke to hotel manager Mr.Raghu he said i cant do anything then i asked yesterday why your front desk people said booking is confirmed . he didn't give proper response very worst adamant people he spoke like very rudely. I inform you all small suggestion pls dont book this hotel full and full cheating people worst behaviour .
