    Stay was comfortable and peaceful I came with my family good food helping staff speacially thanks to Mr.Digvijay singh Rajput he upgrade my room he is very calm and polite he knows ancipition .strongly I will recommend this property his team also helping me to take printout and weighting luggage.thank you Holiday inn team

    Had a very wonderful time in Holiday inn Chennai. The staffs ahere are very kind and helpfull. I would like to thank specially Sachin for his outstanding support throughout our stay here. He was so very kind and helpful with that smile on his face always. Keep up the good work Sachin. Hope you get a lot of succes in future. Also, I would like to extend my thanks to Marina, Jakkuss, Lahri, claire, Ankita, Vikram and Rohan for their support. Keep up the good work guys. Means a lot!!

    Nice behaviour of staffs ,really friendly and helpful in nature. Special thanks to Sachin, clairy , ankita, vikram, marina, jakoos , Lehri and therir restaurant manager Mohan. Would like to visit again.

    Nice hotel, clean rooms, being an IHG member my room was upgraded during checkin, was visiting for meetings so couldn't explore the gym or pool. Breakfast spread was good at cafe g, didn't try the other restaurants. Checkout was also smooth over all nice stay experience

    1.Before checking into the hotel. I already got the feedback from my colleague for their hygiene as he found a cockroach in the milk. 2.For checkin, they asked me to wait(it wasn’t request though the mistake is on Holiday Inns part) for more time though i had come 1 hour late from my checkin time. I had to escalate to my company spoc to get the room done asap which worked. While doing the documentation for checkin, i was listening to 3-4 air staff ladies complaining to duty manager about some food. Hence, I got many reasons for not continuing my stay with them but i thought experience vary from one guest to another. 3. As soon i entered the room l, I realized the AC was not working. On complaining everyone came, their engineer, Supervisor, One Manager Jakir. I called their sales manager Rajendra many times and from 10 mins it went to 2 hours and i was still waiting for the ac to work. At last i decided to just leave the hotel and shifted to Turyaa which was 800m away from Holiday Inn. Turyaa had better service and cooperative staff who understands the problem of a guest. Though Holiday Inn offered to change the room after 2.5 hours of checkin but it was too late. We had 2 rooms and we both had to leave due to their ac problem as their Manager had claimed the ac works fine and it is Hotel Industry standard. Maybe he should have got a thermometer to check. 4. The very next day we had our team dinner for 90+ people. The food was below average. Everyone complained about Goan curry as it was stale which caused stomach issues. You can guess when you see Goan Fish Curry in white gravy which should be red. Now their chef is also a disappointment. With all the above experience i told my organization spoc to not to continue with Holiday Inn chennai as the staff is non cooperative and rude as well. They are in the hospitality service and should be trained before jumping into the field. This is for the person doing checkin till the senior Manager. My take would be not to take a chance with Holiday Inn anywhere now
