I had been to the Ramada Plaza for almost a week. As earlier, in this review writing I will mention plus and negatives about my stay. Stay @ Ramada Plazza: Positives: - Stay at Ramada remains quite pleasant. - Staff is so great that they are very helpful in every smallest thing possible and really care for the guests. To name a few Ashish, Haritik, manas, Bikram, Bala, Sakshi, Grace, Sumeet all were so gentle and welcoming that We would even forget the local foods of chennai, and just enjoy the breakfast and dinner at hotel itself. Their gesture and greeting were ultimate and amazing. - Food is amazing. - View from the top, Location of the Hotel, Facilities in Hotel, Room Cleanliness, Swimming pool, and extra space for the group on terrace which remains private. - If you are fortunate enough, you will find Film shooting and some tamil-telugu actors and actresses as well, because Ramada is a great place for the shooting, and they frequently visit. Negatives or say Suggestions for improvement : - Some operations manual should be there in room, near switches, drape and curtain operation, TVs etc.. - Mini Bar items are charged even at higher rates than the MRP, I think that should be avoided. - BAR policy for guests is little tricky. On Friday, Saturday, Sunday they charge a hefty amount from the room guests as well.

Wonderful stay and very cooperative staff, food is excellent.Best part was the terrace swimming pool, infinity one with planes flying over. Front desk staff Ms Sakshi is a excellent host with always smiling face.Keep it up, thanks

We went to Ramada Plaza for Roof Top dinner and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The ambience is beautiful. Staff member "Shivam" suggested and served a good food. Food was amazing and a very nice place to visit. If you want to enjoy the view from top, this is a go to place.

Loved the service and the Stay. It has great view as well. Food was excellent. Great experience in ramada. Will definitely come back again. Loved my interaction with Sakshi as well….. Highly recommend this for everyone
