It's a very decent hotel. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. Rooms are quite modern also. The location is good, just less than 5 Kms from the airport. Ola took 115rs. The restaurant down is good. Breakfast is OK OK.

A worst hotel that you can't trust for organizing stay for large groups. We stayed here in January 2020 with a group of 22 individuals (of different countries) occupying 12 rooms. We requested for early check-in in 5 rooms for which the hotel management agreed, we also confirmed the early check-in just a evening before we arrived in the next morning. The problem was there are two guys at the reception, one looks after the hotel during day and other at the night. Apparently, there was a poor coordination between the two guys. Our OYO agent was coordinating with the receptionist responsible for the day (8 am - 8 pm). On arrival we were only given one room. The receptionist had no clue about our early check-in. We waited for two hours till 8 am (until the receptionist arrived, by the the way he never picked numerous phone calls) to sort things out. Meanwhile the owner of the hotel had instructed the other receptionist not to provide any early check-in rooms. We were in a deep trouble and the hotel management have handled the situation poorly. Moreover I suspect that the OYO agent and the receptionist have some secretive agreement related to the payments. The laundry service at the hotel really suck. First, they are not on time and secondly they charged heavily our guests (especially foreigners) than the applicable charges. In a nutshell it is a very unprofessional hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.
