    Very affordable, neat and hygienic rooms, tasty food with excellent service. Staffs are very courteous, friendly and supportive always. Covid safety measures were followed strictly and it's highly recommend for a safe and comfortable stay.

    I stayed in a deluxe room for seven days to fulfill my quarantine requirement. The room was very spacious, neat, clean and comfortable. The selected in-room dining healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner menu offered by the chef was excellent, tasty and value for money. The hotel staff were very, friendly, courteous and helpful during my stay there. Once again, I thank the whole team for their dedication and excellent service for making my stay comfortable stay even during these difficult times.

    Its a decent hotel . Its very easy to access SRMU for the people whose purpose of staying is to frequently visit the campus or hospital. Its ok at its price. Food and complimentary breakfast are just Ok.

    Absolutely POOR HOTEL ! 2/2/2022 Room 220 and 215. Out of a 3 day stay 2 days ac not working due to some issue. Still management will shamelessly charge you and tell no compensation will be given. After room change still ac not working but shameless hotel wants money on time. If delayed they will call you also but absolutely poor work. 2500/- for a night still no ac working. General manager disagrees for any compensation or any other offer. Absolutely shameless hotel. Stay in oyo better than this hotel. Management will clearly say no for any issues from there side . So basically 3 days 7500/- 2 days no ac . BUT PAY MONEY ON TIME. Management or owner - nobody cares ; money should be given st the right time.
