Very good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty. Room service was friendly and reliable. In the early morning I would have wished for little more assistance with the taxi booking, according to Indian help standarts. Otherwise overall good.

Last week I have booked this hotel for my friend family.this is just 3.5km from Chennai airport.clean and neat rooms.location of this property is just near porur main road.good WiFi and decent location.bathrooms also ok.

I booked this hotel on the morning of 24 th August through OYO app and prior to that I called the hotel to confirm that if I book the hotel will they allow early check in. The hotel staff informed me that I have to pay extra for early check-in. I said ok and then booked this hotel but after reaching the hotel at 6.40 am the hotel staff told me that I can stay only from 6.40 am to 11 am i.e. only for 4 hours 20 minutes. My booking is for whole day and I said I am willing to pay extra for early check-in as spoken on phone. But he was like either you stay or leave and so I said ok since I was already tired after my flight journey from Kolkata to Chennai. The room was new and the bed was comfy but there is no water in the bathroom. So I called the staff and he asks us to wait till 10 am. I was infuriated and asked him to change our room but he informed us there is no vacant room. I then asked him to refund my money so after talking to some one he gives us another room. Again exactly at 11 am I receive a call from the lady receptionist asking us to check out immediately. I informed her that I already paid for 2 days since I extended the stay for another day but she tells me that since the booking id is different we have to check out and check in once again at 2 pm. So we came out of the room with our luggage and waited for 1 hour before we are alloted a new room. After this I did not face any problems. Their complimentary breakfast is good and consisted of puri with choley curry, idly and bread & jam. Also their room service is good. I loved the food which is delivered from their other hotel Saibala Grand.

I had my relative to stay there and book directly the before day on Dec 18 2019 Vijaykumar receptionist said he will provide me breakfast as compliment but when i came next morning by 7.15am the other receptionist Syed who was alternative to vijaykumar refused to provide me breakfast to my relative since we did inform in early morning 4am. He was arrogant that he provided only little upma and half chappathi with no tea or coffee. I m not beggar to get the hotel breakfast and i m living in the next street. He made my relatives so embarassed. I was promised the before day that i will given breakfast once checked in. Syed arrogant employee said he only provide food as compliment and it is upto them to give or not give. Please DO NOT book this budget hotel at any cost.

They cancel booking after the guest arrive. They do not bother to inform guests. Insult guest and if you wish to get a room, they sell the same room at higher prices. Absolutely no business ethics and should get out this business or replace their staff.
