    My fiance and I had our engagement party along with 50+ relatives in Feb 2022. Deepak was our primary contact from the onset - he was thoughtful, diligent, very responsive and eventually became one of our family members in the process. This does not just go for Deepak but also for Sabari and the rest of the staff who made our engagement timeless and our stay impeccable!

    It is very pleasent stay at hotel the Leela Palace. Hospitality and all other services provided by hotel is too good. Property is very good. Staff is very co-oprative. I m giving 10 out of 10 to this hotel.

    Am surprised at the pride with which the reception people say that there are many more people to check in waiting for one hour. I regard this as total inefficiency. It is 3 pm and we are still waiting for check-in. Have been offered a cup of lukewarm tea in lieu of the inconvenience. Hospitality industry seems to have lost sync with its ethos. Or the hotel seems to have been taken over by State Tourism Department.
