Extremely pleasant staff. Very clean & comfy room. Prompt room service. Very tasty and fresh food. My room was very quiet. Additional items like moisturizer, towels, water etc., were quickly delivered. The spa atmosphere was not great. Did not avail myself of the service. Found the tariff about 10-15% higher than my expectation.

It was coordinated well by the sales manager of hotel ambassador pallava. Reception was good,arrangements was wonderful, dinner was served on time. Everyone took utmost care for the smooth sailing of the function

Ms. Ayshwariah service was very and the room make up . She has arranged the room . Mr. Murali the Supervisor was also checked everything was ok. The state we are enjoying. The breakfast also very Good

Yes, it is an old property, layout is pretty old, but it has been very well kept. Clean hallways, rooms and restaurants. I liked the staff, some of them have been in the hotel for almost 35 years which tells you about how experienced and well kept the staff are. Polite, courteous and helpful. The only sad part about the experience at the hotel were the unavailability of swimming pool and gym. Location and very big car park is a plus for the hotel.

PLEASE DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. IT IS NOT GOOD ANY MORE. THE DAYS ARE GONE . Totally worn out and horrible service. The elegant hotel is not at all maintained. The service was terrible. The bed and the bedspread were very bad. No towels were available. The feedback was provided was heard mechanically and no support was provided.
