    Supportive and curtious staff. I Frequent this hotel for Business visits. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth. At front office Nidhi was quite helpful in arranging the required room. Mr Bhavesh front office manager is also caring for his guests.

    This is the best place to stay in Chennai if you are visiting for business trip Location is very convenient near to metro,Railway station Little far from Airport that's fine I like to highlight this newly open Spa but staff are so good and cooperative Food was fine but reception staff was so helpful she is giving her best to satisfy the guest request I don't know her exact Name I think Nithi She is from North India she try to understand Tamil also for guest help I will recommend everyone this hotel

    We stayed in Pride hotel in kilpauk with my family stay was very nice Food was also good staff was was very helpful resturant Staff was helpful we stayed for my daughter game squash that also very good special thanks to Reception People

    Hotel is good ,but have to improve on food varieties on menu . Towels quality to be improved .location is good .the Cafe down is to small and the quality of food notnthat great .I guess outside food should be allowed if you cannot have a versatile food option to provide to guests.
