Visited Chennai for a day trip. Stayed here for a day and night. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. It's one of the tidiest hotel, I have stayed in the recent times. Loved the customer service and polite room service. Had a better food served through their restaurant. Comfortable room and safe place.

Very nice place with regards to the overall stay experience, location and friendly and accommodating staff. Though had requested almost at last minute, an easy-to-access room for my mom with limited mobility, they accommodated the request and also in other ways were always helpful. Would definitely recommend the place.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Food is good and nice . Staff was friendly. Rooms are small but clean. Hot water was available and wi-fi was available. Hotel locate bit far from the T Nagar ( famous shopping). Tuk takes Indian Rupees 150 for 3 people. It takes 20-30 mints to reach there.

I have booked single Non AC room. Too many mosquito's in the room, unavoidable even with good night kept on all through. Room is stuffy with window grilled with window matte to stop mosquito's coming in to the room. Bathroom was clean though with toiletries provided. Avoid non ac rooms as external noise will also bother you when the window is kept open for ventilation.
Overall Service is fine. Room was clean with basic toiletries provided.

I can write an essay on my two days of stay at the hotel, I went with my colleague, she booked an a/c room and I booked a non a/c room with early checking and complimentary breakfast facility. After reaching the hotel at 9 AM the receptionist told that the check-in time is 12'o clock so we had to inform that we have booked early check-in facility with extra charges of Rs.500 even after complete information was there at the print-out of the copy of the reservation. He then assigned rooms, the helper took us to the respective rooms, after leaving us outside the room he told he has not brought the key we waited for him, till then we found that the room assigned to us was already occupied, the helper came and told we have been assigned different rooms, I was given a non-ac room and my colleague was told to wait as the AC room was not clean, they have not kept the room ready even after booking a week prior. She waited in my room after which she was shifted in different room. After that we went out for an outing and returned in evening to find the AC connection has been disconnected. When we inquired at the reception they said she has not booked an AC room then we told him to check the details, they had entered wrong details in my system and exchanged our room nos. The rooms were anyway small and not at all as shown in the pictures on website. The bed-sheet and pillow covers was not clean and not at all worth the money. When my colleague asked for water she was told that pantry is next to her room and she can fill the bottle from there. Next day we gave the keys for cleaning the room but the bed-sheets were not changed. While checking out they again made a mess always confusing between both the rooms. We had a flight to catch so we informed them about the check-out from beforehand so that he would keep the bills ready but I had to wait for half an hour to clarify the bills. He was not ready to the print out of the bill to me saying there is some taxes problem and he will mail it to me afterwards. I said I need the original copy to claim the bill from my bill. He then only gave me a provisional bill with a wrong address of my hometown. I could not claim with a provisional bill. Later I had to call him to provide me with a final bill with correct address of mine which he wrote by hand on the printed copy of the bill. Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel with this kind of terrible service, nothing is exaggerated, whatever happened is just explained. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone except of the complimentary breakfast which they gave was good but all the receptionist was a masterpiece of their own kind. There was a cabin of operations manager which was always empty so we could not talk to anyone regarding this. So I would request everyone don't chose this hotel for your stay. One can adjust in a small room for 2 days but not with a poor service.
