    The stay was really good and the staffs was friendly, planing to stay here again, the room was clean. Everything was perfect as i expected before. The receptionist were really responsive, overall i recommend others to visit the hotel

    I enjoyed the ambience. Staff was so professional & friendly. Room service was nice & on time. Special thanks to Mr. Bharathi Raja , a staff member who tried his best to guide me in new city Chennai and make my stay as comfortable as possible. All the staff members from kitchen as well and others who carried my luggage were very sweet. Nice hotel!

    Room was average. Location is good. Some damp smell was coming from the rooms. Conference halls cleanliness need to be reviewed by the authority. Food is good. The staff behavior is good. Really impressed with the care of staff Mr Madhurjya Boruah as he has taken care of everything.

    I am presently staying in room number 303 in Abu sarover portico, chennai. Its A 3 star property but very badly kept. No maintenance, rooms are stinky, bathroom are dirty, rooms r damp, no cooling in rooms , AC are age old, no fan to support cooling. Breakfast was just south indian. No other variety. Bathroom lights were not working nd shower area glass door is broken. I hv never been through such badly maintained properly. It's simply pathetic.

    We Booked Rooms for my brothers wedding on April 24 & 25th 2021. Right From Check in and Check out,we were sweating.Be it Reception,Room,Banquet everywhere AC is isnt working properly. Poor Hospitality. In One Word-"PATHETIC"
