We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. It is not a lavish hotel, the rooms are a bit old fashioned but their service was amazing. Chennai is on a water crisis but whenever we requested some drinking water they provided it without any questions. And never charged extra. The rooms are spacious, clean and maintained every day. The location is in a residential area so not much traffic around the place. They have a nice restaurant, quite famous, on the first floor which serves north n south Indian dishes. Their breakfast is really good. The only problem is - access to their front door by car is not easily possible as it is at the side of the building. Blue Iris management should work on it.

ts a good budget hotel in a residential area. the service was good, they had too many interns working for them rather than trained people. The breakfast buffet was ok. Its good budget hotel for business people.Parking is very tough . Disable people has to pay more attention on movements.Wheel chair access not there.
Staffs are good in kind. Restaurant Manager need some training on hospitality,he wont give any options in needs.

Thin walls and dirty linen. The staff are alright and help you the best they can. I would recommend other hotels and see if it's in a better part of chennai. Didn't eat here, rather eat out. Bit pricey aswell

Hotel rooms looks nice, but not worth for 2k. Moreover, toilet has smell issue and salt water provided for toilet and shower purposes. Room service is not that much attentive, but polite when they attend.

We have checkin there no towels placed .. after I went to shower I have figured that no towels I have informed to front office they have given one towel then. Later on no water is coming on the washroom informed front office they telling that it will take 45 min to 60 min to come water … I have totally disappointed for service no water properly for 60 min that too between the while showering that also I have not complained to anyone …. The checkout day afternoon I was asked for two towels & housekeeping also given towels I have showered & checkout also … evening around 04 pm got call from front office saying that there is no towel in the room they were telling that I have taken all the towels from the hotel & person who spoken to so rude seriously he doesn’t know how to treat Customer…. I have told him please check room properly the checkin day I got one towels & checkout day I got two towels everything was placed in the room only I have told him the front office telling again same thing no towels in the room he literally telling that I have stole a towel then I hang up … after 2 hr from house keeping supervisor called from the hotel he was talking to polite telling me that only one towels was missing so I have asking him your front office team told no towels in the now your telling different think he sorry sir front office told wrong information…. Seriously I so Fed up with the service in front office team worst customer satisfaction … now I have left my watch in the room.. from hotel side telling that they have giving towels so I want pay for missing towels this is seriously unfair…. I never book again this hotel in my life time & I will not suggest for anyone also …
