It was my second time visiting this hotel. I stayed there only because of friendly staff and very clean room. Special mention of Mr. Dupshen Lepcha, from Front Desk. I was so happy to meet him for the second time. He is very helpful and always smiling....The hotel is well maintained... The restaurant is fantastic.. has delicious food... would surely visit again... 🙂

Beautiful place with good ambience & staff. I told them it was my wife's birthday as complimentary they gave Cake which was completely unexpected I would recommmend for the stay here. Ms. Madhu DM took special care of us. I just told her while making booking its my wife birthday. On that till our check out she is just awesome. On the day of check in we got a cake at sharp 12:00 which was totally unexpected from them. The room they have made it with a towel art and room they have provided in top floor with a pool view which was amazing from them. It is much recommend hotel only because of staff service to the core. The check in took by Mr. DUP. And check out taken by a very good care taker Ms. Madhu and H.k staff who gave us a water on time and the service guy who provide a cake on time at 12:00hrs no one make any mistake. My wife was completely got suprise and I ve seen happy tears on her face this hotel staff made our stay totally unforgettable. I don't few staff name. If you could give any appreciation to the staff kindly give every staff of ur hotel. Without them I hope it will not go good. Will definitely come back keep up the good work team.

Once you visit here and write a review, you don't get a chance to use any kind of negative words! I'm 200% satisfied staying here and didn't change any other hotel for the past 2years! Stayed in some hotels before! But this is The Bestest place for a perfect stay! Satisfies all types of guests and undoubtedly value for money!! Special mention to Mr. Saravanan! (F. O. Manager) who is very kind and available at any time to assist you! You're doing great sir! And all the staff's here are so kind! Visit once then you will be regular!

On the OMR road, part of Marina Mall. The rooms are spacious, neatly done. The staff is very courteous and affable especially the front desk manager Mr. Sarvana. There is a small swimming pool and gym on the fourth floor along with the restaurant. The restaurant is spacious enough to cater to the in-house guests, food is good in terms of taste, price and spread. Requested for an Airport pickup and the driver was there before are arrival with a placard. Safe and comfortable place to stay if you have engagement in this area
