Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR

Visited four points by sheraton with my friends to dine and the food was very good.. After lunch jst wanted to see the property where we found the great ambiance with the courteous staff... Special mention to Thiru from housekeeping who took some minutes from his busy schedule to take us a round of the entire property and yes his public area garden(nursery) was really amazing... Loved the entire hotel... We wl come back soon fir the staycation......

CKlong, despite just guarding the door, you go out of the way to make sure we’re taken care off when we step out to the lawn. Marriott should use this team as an example to all its properties inland and overseas.

We stayed at Four Points for a family reunion. Must say, the property is really well maintained. Great place to unwind, away from hustles of a regular star hotel in a city. Spread over a wide area, the complex is very green and well managed. Lots of places to sit and relax with family. Large park, play area and clean swimming pool. Hotel extended us additional facilities like movie for Children, team games as complimentary service. Food is excellant. They have live counters in addition to usual buffet spread. Large variety of dishes are prepared fresh. The prime distinguishing factor is that the restraunt staff is extremely courteous. Even the head chef makes it a point to interact with guests and receive feedback. Restraunt staff assists in accomodating kids, even prepares additional dishes if asked for. I had requested hotel to provide a cake to celebrate birthday of my spouse. Not only did they oblige, the chef and restraunt manager personally delivered at our room. . This really won us over. The personal interaction of all staff is extraordinary. They understand specific reuirements of guests and try to meet it. Rooms are spacious as its a twin room set offered for one booking. As already stated, room service is prompt. All room Sets consist of a living room and a bedroom. Can easily accommodate adfitional persons. I have already visited this place twice this year and already planning next one shortly. Being near to Chennai, location is an easy One Hour drive from our residence. I do recommend this place to people visiting Mahabalipuram, who are looking forward to a quality time with family. Hopefully this feedback will be useful.
