Nice resort. Rooms are clean & neat. Rooms are big enough. I stayed in a deluxe room with my family. I found no insects, cockroaches in my room. There are more than 13 nicely built rooms in the resort. New swimming pool being constructed. Breakfast was included in my room tariff. Day one iddli 3 chatnies & sambar, wadas, uppit, one sweet, one rice item, cut fruits, boiled & half boiled eggs, toasts ,pineapple juice, coffee tea were available. following day all items & masala dosa, bisibele bhaat replacing dosa & uppit. taste was good. hygenic. Lunch & dinner menu for ordering had Indian & Chinese veg non veg dishes were available. staff boys were very polite & offered very nice service. spend our goodtime in resort. Resort is amout 6 kms from Madikeri city. Road till resort is good hard road of daamar & concrete. Nicely located around coffee estates. Budget resort. We enjoyed our stay.

It's at excellent location surrounded by coffee plantation and trees all around. If your idea of vacation is relaxing away from rush of normal life, wake up with calls of birds around you, you should stay here. There are coffee estates around this location and you can get up and go for morning walk searching for the birds calling from all around. Room provided to us was very specious, clean and with amenities like AC, tea/coffee kettle, hair dryer and other basic toiletries. You shouldn't expect lavishly spread breakfast here, but the food served for breakfast and dinner was of good taste. I recommend to take your private vehicle to reach the hotel and call the hotel to find correct route (don't follow Maps). The staff especially the kitchen staff is very helpful and polite. All places of tourist attractions are within reach from this hotel. All and all very relaxing and peaceful experience to stay here.

I had been to the property with my friends. Though it's about 3 kms away from the main city & access road is in a bit bad shape right now, the property has a serene mountain view. The staff is supportive and the food is decent if not great. Overall, it was a steal for the price we booked. Tip: prefer this property if you have your own vehicle else commuting to city might become an issue or costly affair.

I visited Coorg in June'19 and had booked this hotel online based on the reviews of some previous hotel guests and pictures posted on hotel's website. When I reached the Resort, I was mesmerized to see its location as it presented a panoramic view of the valley with huge trees just across the road a few feet away. There was heavenly peace and tranquility punctuated by the chirping of birds and lush green coffee plantation all around offering a fantastic opportunity to undertake blissful morning walk. Our Super Deluxe Room on the cliff, touching the mast of the tree, was clean, cozy, spacious and above all with a superb view. The Resort staff was soft-spoken and courteous. The food, albeit, was of very limited variety but it was like home-cooked and gentle on stomach. The room tariff seemed to be quite reasonable.

Terrible Property with Damp in Each Room. Smelly. Dont go by the HD Pics of the property they are no where close to real. My Parents went there and were really troubled. It had Big Spider in our Room and Fungus on Stairs. My Mom slipped on it.
