Excellent, awesome, everyone were courteous right from reception to house cleaning staff. Ravi Rai was superb, he helped with food in getting to table for elders ambience is extra ordinary, Think Coorg, think this hotel

Hi it's very exclent location in coorg in nice chill out place. We can enjoy nature and bonfire at evening with Dj Mixing. But when mixing other staffs they was disturbing him so need to take care of it. Food was exclent and need to add more variety of cakes. Rooms was Good. P walk in evening was Good .. need more indoor Games in resort. Thanks to all staffs

Awesome Stay, great Food buffets, hospitality, Helpful Staff and Breathtaking View ResortTeam has looked at almost every point to made a memorable stay their ! Kudos to all members; Specially Reception lady, car parking area member Nandy (from Assam), dinning area staff Aabilash and Ravi Rai (from Darjeeling). Stay : Room size, view everything was perfect. Food : This is the best among all facilities - what a spread and food buffet, each item was awesome and so as the staff. Facilities: If you are going with kid or if you are planning for a leisure trip both options you will get here, lots of kids indoor and outdoor activities, Infinity Pool and that too during sunset is a great experience. Other facilities like Cycling, Nature walk, Gym and indoor activities are their. Just a feedback which resort team might adopt to upgrade their service further- 1. Start Early breakfast (atleast 30min early so that tourists can plan their sight seeing in better way - 7:÷0 start would be perfect) - example I tried 2 days to reach Dubare in morning couldn't able to due to breakfast time and we were traveling with baby, then requested at reception and took early breakfast and checked out early to reach Dubare on proper time.. 2. Add a Tourist support area where anyone can get support to plan their tour. It was a indeed a great experience to stay and enjoy. I am already planning to come further with my extended family members..

Everything was good except they don’t have decent accommodation facility for drivers.. even regular homestays have these facilities.. luxury resorts should consider these things to atleast provide minimum needs for them.
