I with my family stayed for 5 nights here. We booked 2 rooms. The arrangements made hotel receptionist Liza was excellent. No complaints about it. The view we got from our room was breathtaking and I could not thank Liza more for that. As promised she gave us one of their best rooms. And the cab arrangement done by her was also excellent. The driver Amit is one of the best in business. He guided us well and assured us for a comfortable and joyful trip. And it was indeed. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Mall road is just 400 meters away Rink mall is 150 and Darjeeling station is 300 meters away. You won’t regret anything about this hotel. It’s a good budget option.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The food though limited is good and delicious. One of the staff, Keshav Pradhan has been a great support. The staff and hotel premises make your stay worthy visit.

Pros - 1. Awesome location, the connectivity from hotel to Chowrasta, Railway Station and other required spots is best. 2. Polite staff, nice food and hospitality. 3. Last but definitely not the least, the view of Kaichenjunga from the room window is a bliss, you will never get tired of the view. Con - Firstly, would have loved to not post this one and only con, but will have to do it to justify 4 out of 5 stars, and really hope hotel management takes care of it further. The bathroom ceiling leaks - This is the worst part to handle. Conclusion - Recommended place to stay when in Darjeeling.

Worst experience for my family trip. The gave our dinner order after 2 hours and said they forgot. They could not arrange for car after false promises. The comfort rooms are very bad, smelled like ciggarattes without proper ventillation. I will not recommend this for family couples and even girls. The location is close to Darjeeling station. The hot drinks are served cold. Worst experience - Dont book your rooms here ever. No view from comfort rooms and rooms are stuffy.
