Travelled after 30 years and found such a amazing place to stay. staff was too gud and location is awesome. Specially Nisha at reception help us a lot to settle and get best package for our stay. One thing I would like to request for addition of dormitory for drivers.Breakfast was delicious.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast options and overall management could have been better. everything else was very fine. Biren was very really helpful. all appreciations for him and the bengali guy at the restaurant I'm unable to recall his name, he was a very nice to interact with. P:S- he came for in room dining as well. The location was fantastic, rooms were big and clean. View was more all less satisfactory. would love to be here, if I ever come again to the beautiful city of Derjeeling!!

We visited this property during holi.Located in a prime position.even at 11 pm we came back walking without any discomfort. Everything is available within a blink.we took junior suite room on 3rd floor.room no 214 n 215.so views were decent enough from the room ( if no cloud is there) . Hotel room was quite big in size and most importantly neat and clean .can sense a cleanliness everywer. Now coming to the food part.our breakfast was complementory and we were informed by the hotel tht they will serve only veg in the breakfast but surprisingly we got boiled egg and other egg based items as well.so that was a pleasant surprise for us! Buffet spread was quite elaborated and Food was tasty too.we enjoyed food a lot.and lot of varieties were there as well.the boiled mixed veg Dosa green peas kachori chicken 65( in main course)name a few! Even one day we tried bengali type fish n rice..daal alubhaja...tht was commandable too.. Hotel staff Nisha , ayush and two other from the breakfast area( 1 girl n 1 guy) helped us a lot ; really thankful to them.even rest are quite cordial. Lastly I would say, the hotel is extremely pocket friendly.The kind of stay n food they offered in tht budget, I truly doubt it would have been possible by any other group than SUMMIT! Overall it was a great memorable stay for us and we must recommend people to visit this place.

As they didn’t provide us towel on next day , also they arguing for provide such facilities like towel,dental kit etc As we ask for dental kit they only send tooth brush As we have map plan in hotel but they provide al a carte against of buffet in dinner As we demand some item that also mentioned on menu but they didn’t treat us very well Overall bad experience
