the hotel is well cleaned . staff is very helpful.the location is also good. we can say this hotel is good for our budget and we are satisfied with the stay in this hotel. One thing is bad that they don't have restaurant in this hotel.

The hotel is located in the City Centre. we booked two big rooms they were spacious and clean. Staff were very good and kind persons they guided us for the city for the city tourist attraction. Toilets were not up to the mark. They gave us very tasty breakfast I would give 7 out of 10 to the hotel.

The hotel is located at a prominent location i.e. the main site of Dharamshala is located just 8 km away from the site. The hotel is neat, clean and tidy and has got specious rooms for a family. The food quality is good, after a long period of time, we got proper food for dinner. The staff of the hotel is very courteous and helpful.

A good place to stay in according to the price. The food was delicious. Hotel staff was good . From morning 2 times Tea to late night dinner , they arranged everything. Place is not centered in main market but its 1.5km walk from there. Not much of a hinderance for us , but if someone elder from your family is coming..I would suggest to take a place in main market.

We hd booked 2 rooms (semi deluxe through make my trip) 1) we reached hotel at 12:15 and entered our trooms around 1:15. We were made to wait fr an hour. No one ws there to attend us. 2) spacious but smelly rooms 3) only one socket that too for tv and away from bed. 4) toilet seats were stained like public toilets. 5) all taps were nt functioning properly and were leaking 6) doors were making squeaky sounds like in horror films. 7) water supply in bathroom was smelly and blackish (eww really) JUST A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL
