Fantastic hotel with the most gorgeous view! The hotel seems to be brand new. The rooms are large, with beautiful decorations. Each room has its own balcony, wich is nice to watch the sunset from. The staff is friendly and service minded. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice, calm and clean with an amazing Views of Dhauladhar range from the Balcony. But the best in this hotel is the staff, you really feel like home in this hotel. They are polite, helpful and smiling people! The food is very good as well!!! I definitely recommend this place!

It was our trip of Shimla-Manali-Dharmshala-Dalhousie in Feb'2019.Due poor weather condition in himachal we had only hotel reservations In Shimla and Manali. On the day we reached Dharmshala from Manali at around 8pm,our driver Dinesh Kumar insisted us to take this hotel, instead of other renowed properties like ITC Mokhsa or Indraprastha. At an unknown place, with bad weather condition we had rely upon him. He picked up a man named Vinod Rana and introduced him as the owner of Harmony Blue. The man took us to a two bedroom flat like accommodation first floor of the property which had a dinning drawing and kitchen too. He told us that we wont get service on call after 10pm and the charge of entire accommodation is 8000INR but he will take only 3000.On request he had provided a blower and left. The entire matter was suspicious and gradually we understood that its his own apartment within the hotel. On checking a online portal we found there 3good rooms in that hotel with much cheaper price (approx. 1100).I called the hotel reception but they were not ready to cooperate with me. Then I called both Vinod Rana and Dinesh. Rana was not ready to shift me to better room inspite of a hot exchange and We had nowhere to go at 10pm at dharmshala, so we remained there fighting extreme cold entire night. Next morning we checked out the hotel and had to pay 2000INR under extreme pressure (as I was with my family) and they dint even provided me any bill.Though we thought to lodge a police complaint next day but our driver almost cried and begged for pardon, so we dint. But now I'm planning to lodge a official complaint with Himachal Administration. Please beware of such loots and dont put your safety at risk.

It's a very bad experience into the hotel Not given hot water for shower So many smell into the room Hotel services is very poor Hotel staff are so many lazy and can't given actually service to the client Rooms are so many dirty So Pls I suggest all of u not booking this hotel in Dharamshala I can give -10 ( minus 10 ) star

I am currently here, and to reach here, there is an awful steep road, where the last 100 metres there is no rail and our bus barely fitted. This totally traumatized me, and unacceptable to drive down a steep ledge. GAdventures need to stop changing accom. When it is provided to us for tours as I would never want to drive down this road again. Rooms are freezing, with extremely hard beds that I have woken up with bad back, dirty soiled sheets( needed to use my own silk sleeping bag), bathroom dirty, SO dirty. Three flights of stairs to reach room, no elevator. DO NO RECOMMEND!! It is also at least a good hour away from McClead in the middle of nowhere.
