Best hotel. The staff Mr. Pravat Das is an excellent person. He is very polite and helping. He arranged vehicles for our sightseeing in a reasonable rate. The changed our room to a bigger one. Very near to mall road. 5mins walk maximum. Recommended 👍👍👍

We had a Very Pleasant Stay at Hotel Potala... Very polite and humble staff.... Service is excellent.... Food Quality is very good.... I will definitely recommend everybody to stay atleast once here.... The main mkt. M.G. marg is very near to this Hotel...

It was a nice hotel as per range. All the staffs are gentle,polite and helpful very much. Mr Pravat Kumar (manager) is an outstanding person with affectionate behaviour. He arranged everything smoothly. We have enjoyed a lot. His way of talking and handling the guests is extremely polite and he really feels that 'Atithi Devo Bhaba'.I salute his patience,love and courage.
Everything was good , room service could have been better.

The reception staffs were very friendly and very helpful. They arranged our trip to Nathulla and Changu (Tsongmo) visit including all the permits and also created our travel card. Later we came to know other hotels have charged extra 500-600 to the other passengers. It was a pleasant trip without any hassle throughout. The only con which I had faced was the room service. The sheets were dirty and we asked them to change it, the room service boy came and handed out the sheet and told to do it ourselves. Even when we asked for water, the boy stood outside the gate and told us to look for jugs and refill it ourselves. Maybe this is an isolated scenario but overall experience was top of the World.

Good place to stay in Gangtok. Both the hotel room and staff were good and helpful. Further, the hotel is pretty close to MG Marg. One can definitely consider this place for stay during their visit to Gangtok.
