Very nice hotel for couples . We are 3 of couples visited in this hotel . Very good service and all staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent view from room. We are stay in room no. 403,404 And 405. But need some improvement of food quality otherwise all so good. Thanks to all. thanks to Mr. Anil Gurung, miss Passang Lamu. Specially thanks to the Manager Mr. Mamul Sarkar because he is a very helpful person.

Very nice room service and very good staff. Room also need and clean. A bit far from M.G market but it's a amazing place. Natural view from all rooms with parking. All staff are good behavior. Thanks for Hotel manager Mr. Mamul Sarkar .

Stayed for 3 Nights, Cooperating Management & Staff, Rooms and Bathrooms are Clean & Spacious. Hot Water Available in Bathroom. Carrom Board is available in Lobby for Children. Food is Tasty & served in room on request. Far from MG Marg. Overall Good stay

We stayed here for a night before leaving Sikkim. this property is a little far on the outskirts of Gangtok however I found it reasonably priced. Pros: not very expensive Food was fine and had a nice spread for breakfast Cons: We were allocated a room below some space where there was work going on and I had to call and remind them to ensure that the sound was disturbing and that it should stopped to which the lady at the reception said she can change our room which didn't happen but the sound stopped after some time. the room was not that clean as looks unfinished painted one. The staff isn't that cooperative and when call would hang up without even hearing the whole thing. their room service starts only after 7:30 pm is what we were told. Their restaurant (hotel staff said i could use this one) washroom was a nightmare, and when we told the staff she he said you should have used the in room washroom. like really??? if I am in the restaurant you want me to leave everything and go back to the room.
