I loved the place the service and most importantly the warmth and love extended by the manager Mr Karan Tamang and his staff members. The food cooked by the chef was excellent and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent as well I have travelled the world and stayed in millions of give star hotels but what I received here was unmatched Even at 11 pm the staff members waited patiently for me and gave me all their love care and concern I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done for me and will definitely wish to plan a trip to Gangtok again I strongly recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back yet another time soon again

A humble gentlemen who values customer service and customer satisfaction more than the money. Thank you Mr Varun for our trip to Sikkim a memorable one. Everything was perfectly and meticulously planned right from pickup from Bagdogra airport till our last day drop to railway station. About the hotel One of the best hotel to stay along with the family, , great service and good and hygienic food served. Proper sanitization and thermal screening was there. Covid safety protocols were taken care off fully by the hotel. Staff were always helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay at the hotel.. Highly recommended for Family, Friends and Couples. One of the best hotels for Stay and travel arrangements. Varun Agarwal, he is the manager and took care of us along with our hassle free travel arrangements. Breakfast was included and was decent enough to have it complimentary. Highly recommended for Family, Friends and Couples. Location wise it is good and only 1km away from MG Marg.

The best part of the hotel is the service. The owner ( Varun ) is very co-operative and helpful. Food quality is also good. Only the single concern about the hotel is the location, it is little far from Mg marg. Overall a nice experience .
