I was going with my family and stay 3night all staf was familiear and all services are good not any problems by hotel staf If come agen than i refer this hotel. This best hotel. I was full injoi our trip

It's a good hotel but can be better. Food and room was fine, location was little congested and little difficult to find. Wifi was also slow. Staff over here needs more training. Overall it's a nice reasonable hotel to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The road facing rooms are great. The backside rooms are bit congested and have network and cable tv problem. There are no fans or ac in any rooms (because of cold weather) which makes backside rooms bit suffocating. The hotel is very near to main road and mall road. There is hardly any parking space. So if you have a bigger vehicle, turning it around is a problem. The roof top restaraunt is good that serves good food and breakfast. Room service is available at all times.

The hotel is located very close to taxi stand and about 5-7 min walk+ stairs climbing to MG road. I had taken a family room with 2 queen beds. The room was neat and clean and the toilets were also clean. The service was also fine. Breakfast was included in our plan and we were served good and hot breakfast. The quality of breakfast was very good.

This is located in a very dinky place where there is no place for an suv to stop. I had been allotted this place through our travel agent for 2 stays and it was bad to worse. The first time when I arrived I was made to wait in the reception for about 40 mins and then they gave me a room. I had opted for CP plan and they had told me that I would get breakfast at 7:30 am but when I went by 8 am they said it will be there by an hour and I had to leave without breakfast. The front desk staff are not polite and irresponsible. THE RESTAURANT IS NOT PURE VEGETARIAN, however many online sites claim it as pure Veg restaurant. The second time when I arrived they said they were full so they will give me room in another hotel. This is ridiculous. The only plus point is that the room was clean but had some kind of pungent smell. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
