Very nice hotel. Closer most of the tourist spots and karmali railway station. Very kind staff and great hospitality. Pool area is very good and breakfast is very testy. Rooms were all clean and well quipped.

It's really a great experience, staffs are very friendly very impressive at providing good hospitality, beautiful place wonderful ambiance great place excellent food and service it's really good. Special Thanks to vedika for providing support.

Had planned one of my family function at this venue. I must say the entire function was organised beautifully by the hotel staff. Details which were forwarded prior function was followed in totality. The snacks served were tasty. The buffet served had an excellent choice and a combination of Indian n Goan food. Go Food was yum Nd the desserts were superb. Despite of covid scenario, i was relaxed with the kind of service provided keeping in mind all the covid protocol. Since this spot is in central Goa, it's very convenient for all. Wallet parking provided and ample parking available. They have excellent area for photography and videography. Thanks to Ms.Vedica Salgaonkar, Manager for coordinating this function so well. Looking forward for celebrating more occasions in future in this venue.

It was our yearly visit to our ancestral gods in Goa. When i came to know a Fern hotel set up just 20 mins from the 6 temples we had to visit I was pleased as it really would save our time travelling from Panaji to our temples early morning, as v did for past years. It was a very kind and courteous call I received from Ms Laveena Madani when I put up my query for the hotel room booking for 3 adults and 2 kids. She was very prompt and understood exactly what was I looking for as I was travelling with my mother and 2 kids who had to b extra taken care of. She made me a great 2 room package available and I immediately booked the rooms with breakfast. The front desk team I got in touch with to arrange my airport pickup was also very polite and helpful. I was then introduced to Mr Kumar Saurav (Front office manager), he is the most courteous and kind and helpful Front office manager I have met in my whole travelling experience. He immediately replied back to my mail which showed my request for an interconnecting room. Although the hotel had a huge conference the day v were to arrive,Mr Kumar Saurav took care of 2 beautiful interconnecting rooms which were hygienically clean and made safe for all 5 of us. He was my one point of contact incase I had any further queries for the travel to d hotel or to the temples or for the check out as well. I would also like to thank the house keeping team and the d b team for a courteous service. The best thing about the dinner was the butter chicken and the the dal tadka which was super delicious (taste that v don’t get in Mumbai too). My kids loved the food and without any fuss they finished the meal (what else would a mom want especially while on vacation). Thank u to the chefs team also. Talking about the breakfast, it was a bit early for us as v had to leave for temple visits early. The Feb team was polite and arranged all the dishes that v asked for from the buffet without any issues. Again a great start for the day!!! I would personally like to thank Laveena, Mr Kumar Saurav and his entire FnB, housekeeping and front office team for making our holy visit more special and comfortable. From the time our wedding has got over, I have received multiple messages from people about how happy they were with all the arrangements. (I am literally tired of replying to messages, that’s the number of messages I have received so far) From everything - accomodation, to food, to decoration to music to hotel team member’s hospitality.. people are going on and on about how they have seen a wedding like this ever before.
