Our experience in the resort is true value for money. 1. Staff is dedicated. 2. Food is hygienic, varied and tasty. 3. Rooms are spacious for a 3 star rating hotel. 4. Fixtures, toiletries and amenities are fine enough. 5. All rooms are facing pool - USP 6. The location is the main charm - You are just behind the Calangute beach!

Service level zero food wise zero roomservice level zero rooms are very bad and dirty in mattresses springs look out side don't west money in this hotel. Overall bad experience for family not recommended parking is not at hotel .

Please Do not Book this Hotel for your Stay . First of All It's not at all a Resort it's more of a LODGE. Untidy Rooms,Broken Taps in the Washroom, Unmaintained Pool Area etc. Secondly the Guys at the Reception lack Ethics of talking to there Customer. Rudest Receptionist (Both Day Shift and Night Shift) Ever. They Literally Threatened us for Checking Out Half an Hour Late. The Only Best thing about this Hotel is It's Food. The food was Literally too Good. (Piping Hot and Tasty). Apart from that it's Simply Waste of Money and Respect. I Swear I would stay at Railway Platform rather than this Hotel. *DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL*

I would never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. The rooms are ok and most staff are nice however the way they changed during cironovirus pandemic was absolutely disgusting and on,y that I often go to Goa and know that is not the normal behaviour from Goan people I wouldn't return to India. We didn't feel supported at all the management tried to use the emergency situation to make money from us till the local councillor got involved. Ding the only 3 left in the hotel was scary enough without feeling that you are the enemy. Very sad situation, the hotel we normally stay in looked after their customers well and even invited us to stay there for free but we were scared to leave and break the curfew .

Absolute terrible experience in ocean park calangute first they wanted to check us out at 11am despite the curfew they want to charge us full price to keep the room despite the whole hotel being empty we are only 3 people left in the hotel. We then explained we hve no Indian money left as we thought the curfew was only for one day so had to settle our bill of 1400 rupees we then asked if we could order lunch which brought bill to 2200 rupees I gave him £25 English pound to cover the bill he has then said due to the rate drop that would not be sufficient we have had to cancel our lunch so we hve enuf to cover absolute disgrace these are unprecedented times but a small bit of compassion is needed stressful situation as it is they hve not been one bit helpful I will never come to this hotel again. I wrote about what happened on goa paradise and dreams and a local councillor contacted the hotel who then agreed we could stay and gave me back my £25 only to then behave in the most hostile way all day no staff spoke to us and never asked if we had water etc I’m saddened by this behaviour and hopefully people on goa paradise and dreams who have over 17000 members will avoid this hotel
