This is my 2nd visit and It is also so awesome like before.Room are clean and walkable distance to beach. Regarding food we like the food they prepared within very short time with our choice..Thank you very much Uday for your behaviour and very special tasty food. All the food canteen staff are so great in behaviour and they are always available in canteen and never said no if you order immediately. Thank you all.

hotel is good, staff are also good, we enjoyed a lot, room cleaning daily, breakfast is ok ok not so good, restaurant staff is busy to make video in tiktok, sometime we have to find where the staff is, otherwise hotel is good, anandbhai is great person there to care the customer..

Hotel's Staff is simply awesome, they are very cooperative. SPECIAL THANKS TO ROHIT. He is ready helpful, he was very kind while having conversation and understandable. He used to answer all my queries with proper gettable solution. He suggests me (not forced) all kind of things to save your cost. Food in ok, compare to other hotel's but this hotel is in affordable price. Hotel's AC need to be service to cool at faster rate.

We stayed here last year, since then they have done a lot of work to the suites. With a fresh new look, the balconys have new glass fronts gone are the old walls. The staff are very helpful, and with Alan there is nothing that is to much trouble ask and it's done.

Stopped here for 1 week over Christmas and my opinions are below Good... Rooms are cleaned everyday if required. Shower in our room was excellent, although bathroom small. Good location for beach and access to main candolim road. Staff very helpful, especially Alan, who helps with anything you need. Maintenance of faulty aircon was fixed immediately. Wifi is free and very good reception. Bad Very noisy due to our room being located in a big hall like part of block, you hear every door being shut... The pool doesn't get the sun for much of the day so sunbathing isn't ideal. The sunbeds are metal and of a poor standard. Free breakfast consists of coffee and toast and indian food, so not geared up for European tastes. Bar/restaurant area very uninviting so not somewhere you'd want to spend any time. Our room was only just big enough for a couple, but not enough hanging space for 2 peoples clothes. Overall A hotel that has great staff, a quiet location with clean acceptable rooms, but the facilities it offers means it should only appeal to budget travellers.
