It was my sister's birthday and they didn't left a stone unturned to make it most beautiful and surprising one ,the decorations of cabana..was lovely and astonishing.All the credit to staff specially Avit for all the arrangements and Rudra from restaurant,Pradeep from H/K,Faizan from maintainance.thanks a lot to everyone for the beautiful and secure stay.

Such a cozy and amazing hotel with value for money, amazing service by Calister from the restaurant, food was amazing. Nothing to complain at all. Definitely going to re visit and stay here for every goa trip

Other than the fact that it is difficult to locate since there is no sign on the main road and the lane accessing it is narrow, the hotel is worth a try. We stayed in a room with a balcony so it was comfortable and we got a place to dry our clothes. The food was excellent. We had veg platter, veg biryani, parathas and tea. The restaurant staff is courteous. The pool area is good too with sun benches and also a cabana. The hotel also has an arrangement to park your luggage after checkout.

Out of the many budget hotels near Calangute beach, this is one of the best. I stayed with family for 4 nights and we were upgraded to a room with balcony. All rooms face the pool, which is a huge plus. In our 4 night stay we didn't have any complaints. The staff is very cooperative and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The interiors are rustic and old school with wood panel doors and cabinets plus the concrete seats in the balcony, giving the rooms an Old-Goa feel with a modern twist. They also have a great restaurant, "Ingredients" with room service, although the options are limited. The breakfast is exceptional with different options everyday. The hotel is a bit far from the beach (about 10-15 mins walking), but it is nice and quiet at night. Good for people looking to chill out away from the hustle bustle of the beach at night. Only issue I found was that the approaching area towards the hotel is a little isolated, limited street lights. Newcomers like me who prefer to walk around after sunset, would face issues navigating the small bye-lanes. Hotel happens to be ok. Need a proper private parking. Also the pool is very very small to enjoy. Rest rooms are more than average types. Room service was good. Hotel happens to be closer to the market.
