Hospitality and ambience was really great. Food was also very delicious and entire staff was soft spoken. Special thanks to Mr. Varun Tara for hosting us. :) The resort is located at prime location of North Goa and near to local market.

Our stay at bloomsuites was perfect. The staff at desk was good and made every possible effort to make our visit pleasent and happy. Special thanks to Varun tara he helped us to decide our day to day itinerary to make our first visit good.

The hotel and its room, whole facilities etc is so nice. Good service specially in kitchen area !! They helped me to give Jain Food till my stay with big smile & prompt service with delicious food !! Abt Pool, Yes i m worried & feel strange why they allow smoking near pool & why it is allowed from 8 am to 8 pm only ?! what if anyone wish to swim at night 10, why cant we ?? Anyways pls make some changes for pool, apart from that everything is good !! Keep up the high spirit of good service !! Thanks

Before I go into my review, I must state that the hotel has the potential to be a great one, with its well equipped rooms, prime location and affordable prices, BUT sadly my recent stay there proved otherwise. I'll start at the very beginning, at check-in! We arrived at around 4 to the property (their stated check-in time is 2) hoping to check in smoothly and get into our rooms as we were tired. But we were made to wait for almost 2 hours to get our room, which we had booked well in advance. After that, we finally went to our rooms, which I must say was nicely appointed and well designed. Some time later, we asked for some dental kits and coffee powder but no one showed up with it even an hour later. I had to call them several times, at least 5 to 6 times, till they finally got it for us. The same lathargic service was expressed for everything we ordered to the room, always took forever and required us to call multiple times. The next morning, we went for breakfast, which was a part of the booking. The breakfast was unlike anything in the pictures, there were very few items and the food was cold. Even the taste was highly sub par. Their only saving grace was the live egg counter. The breakfast experience was so bad, that despite paying for it, we went out for breakfast. Then was the pool. They advertised a swimming pool as part of their facilities, and though it looked good from the outside, the pool itself was far from good. The water was extremely chlorinated, so much so that opening your eyes underwater caused it to burn severely. The tiles on the floor and the sides were all coming out, leaving cracks all over that could easily cut your feet or body. Despite all this they kept the pool open, at least until a young girl cut herself on the walls of the pool and her parents made a big scene about it (we witnessed this situation first hand). All these experiences combined, really added a bitter taste toward the Bloom group and I don't think I'm going to be staying at one of their properties again. I'd also like to advice those of your who are reading this to do the same, at least the Calangute one.

Even when the Hotel management is aware of the fact that the tiles in kids pool are dangerously sharp and coming out, they are still keeping it open for kids. My kid got hurt today with a deep cut in knee. Such insensitive approach is just to make money. Imagine if the cut happens around the critical areas, who will be held responsible for this ? Apart from this, insects/ants in room are another concern points. Even after treatment in afternoon, we have them all over the bed in evening. This all for a property of 8000/day! Decide for yourself! Unexpected 🙄
