    Perfect hotel for those on budget. It’s clean, perfectly located with lot of eating options close by, courteous staff, large rooms and a sweet pool for those hanging with friends. Had a very comfortable stay. My heel broke, and the manager himself brought fevi quick to fix the same and offered to fix too.

    We have stayed there for 2 nights on the special occasion of our anniversary and enjoyed the personalised services. Special thanks to Manager Bijaya Mishra who has trained the staff so well that you get the best services and you feel like home.Must stay when you are in Goa.

    Hotel is good and it's staffs adds the beauty to the hotel.Mishra Uncle is always there to take care of you. Most comfortable stay and feels like home. Mr.Mishra goes out of his way to take care of every one.we will visit the property again.

    Excellent hospitality and very friendly staff. Would go back again for this experience. Had a very delightful stay and appreciate the breakfast too. They had helped us with accommodating our dog. Also if you want to rent a bike to roam around they will help you to get one :)

    This was one of the best budget stay that I have ever experienced. The staff was quite friendly, gave personal attention to us, their service was super fast. It was a cute boutique hotel in budget. The food provided was customised as per our taste and the quality of food was good. Their rooms were well maintained and clean, we stayed in a room with attached balcony and the view was good. The location of the hotel is their USP.
