Rooms were clean and well maintained.Bfast layout was limited and repeated always but tasty. Wifi speed need to be looked as it's very slow. All staff members are well behaved and polite. We will come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this Beautiful Resort. Right from Check in to Departure all staff were amazing. Front Desk Manager was very helpful. Rooms are also well maintained. We will definitely visit in Monsoon again.

The room cleaning was Osm and specialty staff they are very good the place was really good hotel was very neat and clean and breakfast and lunch it’s really Osm tast and beautiful place to enjoy with family the person which is make us very happy with him service his name is Himanshu thank u so much for u r very good service
Unethical Brand

Do not book with these guys. A brand that understands nothing of customer centricity. I paid an advance to Acron (It was IT Fortune Regina) in December 2019 for travel date in March 2020. Nationswide lockdown happened and this hotel refused to provide a refund despite clear government order. They decided to initially forfeit the entire amount under "no show". It's pure unethical. I had to take up the issue with the highest echelons of ITC at which point one of the Vice Presidents intervened and arranged for a Credit Note until September 2022. Now that I am trying to make a reservation again they have increased the room rates and are forcing me to make the balance payment. Literally holding me to a ransom.
Just imagine, can such an unethical brand ever take care of your personal needs or interest. I have no option but to stay with them but suggest you avoid a brand that gives too hoots to its patrons.
Please note that I am traveling on May 20th so the forced date selection for this booking may be misleading. I have simply penned down my experience with the booking process. I don't know what is in store when I am at the property.
