This is my 6th time I stayed at riva Beach resort mandrem.i enjoyed it like every time I..it is nice place to enjoy with your family ..it's staff is very good they behaves very well specially bell boy Anandu..if you want any help he will be at your room on one call..room service also very awesome.room service by ankit , Shankar,padmesh.they makes ur stay there very nice and wonderful.once you vist you will go again and again

This is an expectaional resort. with good river view room. Housekeeping boy aniket service was so good He knows very well how talk with a guest. Such a big property with 3 swimming pools with nice garden area.

This resort provide all the necessary amenities to make your holiday memorable .We have stayed in Premium Sea View Room at it was an awesome experience to have first sip of the tea at the rooms balcony.. If you’re booking this room type, then ask for 1st floor room, as you will get limited view from ground floors rooms. Thanks to Salim Ahmed, Padmesh and Aniket.. to make our stay comfortable in every possible ways. WaterFront restaurant had delicious food to offer and we have preferred aala-Carta for our lunch and dinner over there.. Thanks Bhagwan for serving us all the delicious food. Property is walkable from Mandrem beach, only cons is there is no proper lighting at night so it would be little uncomfortable if you’re planning to stay there in late night. Over all it was a great experience..

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff especially Mr Omkar who has helped us in all possible ways to enjoy our stay. And has a private beach which is less crowded. Well maintained garden area. Rooms were neat and clean.

I stayed here in the resort in the month of April,2022 with my wife for 2 days. Obliviously if it’s a 4 star resort everyone after paying lots of amount for rooms in this resort expect that the management provides 24 hours backup during power cuts which is very common of power cuts in Goa, but here it’s the opposite no backup provided to guests which is not expected. I don’t know how can they expect the guests to stay I darkness also in this hot and humid climate. So, travelers if u visit this resort you may face the same problem which other customers/guests have faced here. Even after repeated phone calls the main reception desk, no body has picked up the calls and not even interested to support the guests. So guests if you think it’s a small problem then , please visit the resort and stay at night without any light,Ac or fan in complete darkness. As they provide powe backup to only some customers who have paid for suite. So I hope the management should understand and put more backup generators otherwise close the resort
