    We stayed 2 nights in Luxury Rooms. Rooms had road facing balcony and quite view of sea. Complimentary breakfast was superb and also their restaurant provide yummy foods. Dona Paula View Point is nearby. Hotel situated in local residential area. I recommend this hotel.

    Hotel is very clean..manager is very helpful..nd provide all info u want..staff is nice..most important thing hotel provide best breakfast. Food served hot.nice location near dona paula..walking distance

    We stayed here for 1 day. This is connected by bus. Close to Panaji town as well. Nearby restaurants are there. We liked the place. Very calm and less crowded place. We can have a short walk to see jetty nearby

    nice compact homely place to stay . good attentive staff. good breakfast. rooms good n clean. especially rooms with sea view..will recommend to friends. home away from home. my third visit n always enjoyed my stay

    Bad experience. There were service charges for literally everything. No wonder they might even charge for speaking a few words. Wifi was pathetic and the lights in the room were so dim that we could hardly see our faces in the mirror. During breakfast we kept standing, everything was empty and they were not even refilling it. This was when we were in the breakfast timing.Nobody was picking up the call in the kitchen area even after trying several times. The water provided in the room was stinky.
