    Traditional fare. Rooms the traditional style with top terrace views. Top class food at the hotel outlets with other options nearby. Pretty outlets the traditional Goan hut style. Arpora is close to some famous beaches and for the travelers who’d like to explore the true Goan beauty.

    Have been visiting this property since 2010.....this time after gap of 5 yrs... Same property.......bit old , need to burnish... Service .....very good.. Stay & cleanliness- very good Room - spacious Staff - very cordial.. Food - good , but better to customize.... Over all inbudget , value fr money... Closer access to baga ...

    Overall, I will rate this an OK property. Not marked good due to Cons given below Pros: Nice location Calm Large Rooms Cons No lifts, even their GND floor is almost 2 floors so if you are at 2nd or 3rd floor. God bless you. Restaurant food taste is good. Service is extremely slow. Will take good 45 min to 1 hour to deliver. Do not order in parts.

    Seriously just pathetic customer service, after calling them for 2 days constantly on several numbers, the front office answered my call at 1am. Gave me rate of rs. 3500 and asked to call at 1030 am next day to confirm. Ms. Maulita says now that rate isn’t available with us as hotel is getting full. Such un-professionalism and she calls herself a duty manager? Wow!! Good luck to team pride on having such employees.

    Very unfriendly management and staff. They have no courtesy to talk to customer and pay heed to their concerns. They are looters, just want money, don't care about customer experience. Book only if you want to spoil your holiday mood. Much better properties available in comparable rates.
