When you're looking for budget stay this is one of the best place to stay. Location: near the old busstand which is walkable distance and nested in a quiet location ( except train passing sounds) easy access. Rooms are quite comfortable with clean environment Restaurant and bar located on ground floor facing the paved lawns with beautiful plants Food is priced at reasonable prices and quality is maintained for years I remember from my first stay nearly 25 years before till date Staff are polite and friendly and clean atmosphere

The hotel was what you would expect. A nice room with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. it was relatively quiet despite being next to the train tracks. staff was friendly and courteous. Good room.and service. Market is near still peace around the hotel

It a budget hotel booked online for our South Goa trip. Locating the hotel is a bit difficult as it is in one of the bylanes. However, main road is not very far and going around in the city is not a problem. The room are very nice, clean. I dont think a lot of people stay here and hence it was quiet - just how we wanted out vacations. food here was ok. Service was very good.

This hotel is adjacent to the railway tracks, so expect the clickyty clack of the train as it moves and the driver sounding the horn, irrespective of the time as trains approach or depart from the Margão railway station. The hotel though within city limits, is away from vehicular traffic. The room is okay in size, neither too small, nor too big. Bed was comfortable and had clean linen. The bathroom was well sized. Unfortunately, toilet paper was not provided, until asked. Hot water wasn't flowing through the piped line for a couple of days, subsequent to which, hot water for bath was provided in buckets. The cupboard was a mess, with old and dirty newspapers lining the shelves, pillows were dirty and so was the intercom. Please have a look at the photographs. Drinking water is not provided in sealed mineral bottles, but rather in used mineral water bottles; bottles that have been used by others. The hotel management charges a pretty high room tariff, the least they should do is provide a sealed mineral water bottle per guest, per day. The air conditioner wasn't working properly during my entire stay. The hotel provides a laundry service, washing and / or ironing. Clothes collected in the morning are returned in the evening. Check out the rates plus tax before giving your clothes. Cable television? Though there is a television and set top box visible in the room, there was not much what we could watch to our liking. Food and liquor sold in the hotel's bar and restaurant is reasonably priced. Owner's son who masquerades as the manager and a fer staff should be humble, as customers contribute to their bread, butter, jam and life's comfort.

Locating of the hotel is difficult as it is in near railway lines. so all the times railway voice disturb you. you not sleeping in the night because train moves all the times. hotel manegment is so poor. i can't live in hotel 2 day. i pay to hotel 4 da, but all these difficulties i left the hotel in after 1 night.
