For senior citizens / people with physical challenges it will be difficult to reach the room with 3 flight of stairs of 12 steps each of 150mm each :) 5. Restaurant is available but one cannot depend on it (due to covid times) Order breakfast a night before and it doesn't come to your room. Lunch/ dinner can be ordered an hour in advance and comes to your room 6. People are very nice and cooperative 7. Other than towels, linens, bedsheets they don't provide anything like toothbrush, paste, shampoo. Soap they provide (1 per room) 8. Location is not close to any beach (please check Google maps for details) but if the objective is to visit temples then this place is the best. 9. In case you are proficient fish eater and want to indulge in local Goan cuisine, drive to Hotel Swagath earlier known as Hotel Kinara which is ca. 3kms

This is a right location for making a temple tour in Goa. Most of the temples are located in this part of the state. There is restaurant that provides breakfast lunch and dinner. You get both veg and non veg. You need to plan well as the preparation and serving the food takes quite some time. Rooms are clean and tidy.

1. The construction of the building was nice but people with problem in legs (or Aged People) should avoid this hotel as you have walk quite an elevation to reach your rooms. You will easily get suffocation if you don't get the rooms close to restaurant. 2. They have food service to rooms from in-house restaurant but that add 15% extra to your bills 3. Location is pretty nice with green hills around. Mornings are very beautiful, but nights are almost pitch dark. 4.Its a good option to stay if you are in Goa to witness the Hilly and Non-Beach side of the state.

The Place is located near Ponda Goa. We selected it because it was close to Shantadurga & Mangeshi temples. It is located on a Hilly terrain & is Picturerous . Could have been better maintained, some of the taps are leaking or difficult to close. Mesh should be provided on Windows to prevent small insects from entering. Room service is bit slow. Food is served by a contractor, service & quality of food is excellent.

The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. The only advantage probably would be the the proximity to the temples. The rooms are average with minimal facilities. Anyone interested in staying at this property please avoid the non-a/c rooms, they are simply pathetic. The Aircon rooms are much better in comparison. Expect a LOT of insects here owing to the surrounding forest area. We even saw a langoor and some species of birds. The restaurant is just okay, don't expect anything much. A lot of up and down walking to be expected. All in all an okay experience.
