    Restaurant staff deserve a special appreciation. SPECIAL shoutout to, Bhavesh, Tanpreet, Dhananjay and Debtosh.. the most amazing, very courteous, very helpful. They're always on their toes working hard, caring and friendly. They meet your expectations if needed any alterations. The way they treat you will make you never want to leave. Shubra, Neeraj, Bijoy are always welcoming with smile, courteous and makes sure we are comfortable. Dipak, Parimal, Vicky provided good service and did a great job. Chef Tapeswar, Sandeep.. and his team cooked delicious food Stefan and Ayaan in front desk are cooperative and courteous. Thanks to Soumya as well. Pallav did a nice job with house keeping. Bless you all with success and happiness.

    The stay was possibly the worst. With unclean floors, torn curtains, unclean beds, a non functional AC, ants all around the room. No proper handover among the staff made things all the more difficult.

    Stayed here for just 1 day and thankfully so. This was my 1st stay at hilton since my loyalty is with other groups. And boy, what a worst 1st impression!! I had read a lot of bad reviews but i thought at the time of booking that they may be rigged since how can hilton group property be that bad or may be it would have been a one-off. However now I can understand that none of them may have been even exaggerated, leave alone be false. It seems the hotel is grossly mis-managed. I reached at 330 pm, half an hour after check-in time to ensure that i don't reach before time. I and my family including my kid were made to wait till almost 5 pm. When i got the room, the floor was still wet. This is unprecedented. I still was ok as the staff seemed well behaved. During the stay, it was one disappointment after another. The tea maker didn't work, there was only 1 cup in the room. The house keeping and reception calls just didn't go through. It seemed they have disabled these two numbers from the room, since we would have tried literally atleast 50 times and none of the calls went through. So for every little thing we had to either go to the reception or find housekeeping staff in the lobby. Biggest of them all- the faucet was leaking and the bathroom had become a pool. ON the checkout day, i got a call from some call center person from their team asking to checkout by 12 since as per them they had given me the room by 1230 previous day. Hold on, there is more. Since i didn't want this torture any more, i left just before 1. Now after 30 mins of checking out, i got a call from their call center asking me to checkout- not once but twice-yes you read it right. Well, I know hilton group is better than this because i have heard from my friends and colleagues so if someone from hilton is reading this- well they need to do something. Every bit of of this is 100% accurate. The only saving grace was a decent breakfast which we liked. Other than that, well i am just relieved that I only booked for one day.

    I am writing this review for my stay at 3:23am from Room No . 302 at Double Tree By Hilton Arpora Goa. I was extremely frustrated and out of words to express my disappointment. We booked two rooms for two nights as a weekend getaway and its a complete waste of all the penny spent. The staff here are untrained and clueless about what they doing. Its a total scam in the name of Hilton.It took them forever to trace our booking. Not knowing about the scandal we were going to encounter, I asked them to book additional night too The systems are not working , they are not able to provide keys upon check in nor any receipts. Every time we need to ask reception to come along to open the door ( IS THIS A 5 star ?) The guy who took us to open the door to our new room , opened an already occupied room but thanks to jesus christ that the guest was not inside and we were saved from facing the embarrassment but at the same note , this is the privacy that you are giving in the name of such a huge brand ??? Finally after a long struggle , we got to the new room and as soon as we put the dummy key , the whole electric socket came out ( witnesses by your staff too) Is this the safety you promise in your rooms ? The kettle literally gives u an electric buzz everytime we operate After all this when I was trying to sleep , there is a strong drilling work going on in the middle of the night ??? Is there anything called hotel ethics ??? Your staff assures no drilling while I have got the video recorded! I came here for a weekend getaway but this hotel has just drained all my energies and there is no point in talking to the staff downstairs cause they are clueless themselves!!! Hilton live chat keeps recommending me to call Real Time Assistance at 8882406152 but no body answers the calll !!!Even their hilton reservations don’t respond to emails let alone the Front Office Manager who anyways followed their chain of no response SECURITY GUARD HERE WORKS BETTER THEN RECEPTION! Please look into this as I am definitely never ever coming back Hope this feedback reaches to the right person

    We have had a terrible exeperience at Double Tree by Hilton, Goa, arpora road on 12th april, around 10pm We were staying at the hotel and while returning from a party at 10pm, a guest of the age of my father, misbehaved with me at the reception. He was totally drunk and intoxicated. When my husband tried to confront the situation we received no support from the hotel staff saying that those people are drunk and so they misbehaved. Those people were a bunch of 40-50 guests. When asked for the video footage to lodge a compaint at the Goa police, we were not given on terms of security reasons. Next morning those guests were again staring at us inappropriately at the breakfast table. When we spoke about this to the manager, he offered a higher category room to us, which we obviously denied because I was no more comfortable at that hotel. We asked to be shifted to another hilton property which we were denied to. The general manager at duty was terrribly rude to us and refused to take any action against the guests involved because they were from a corporate event and a bunch of 40-50 people. We had no option but to vacate the property immeditely with nowhere to go. When asked for a refund, the manager said if a guest misbehaved then they are not responsible and are running a business. We should deal with the abusive guest privately and hilton has no role to play in the same. The manager has the attitude that we were wrong in confronting and taking the matter forward. Since this is Goa everything is fair here. Infact he said since there was no physical abuse, this simply doesnt count as mischief and they cannot take any action against the same. Please note everything is recorded in the cctv cameras which they simply want us to forget and ignore. If any lady visits this hilton property be prepared that nothing for your safety is taken care there. The hotel has no role to play in the security of women. I left immeditely for my safety.
