    Full marks to the location. It is next to a river and also very close walking distance from Baga beach. The service needs to improve although. Did not order any food, but the open restaurant is a special place. The building looks beautiful in the night. The rooms are very well maintained and give you a very clean and crisp feel. Parking is available. At the reception you can find books to read not sure about the collection though. Each room has a small cozy looking porch. The shower area in the bathroom is very attractive. Ideal for honeymooners and couples.

    Only the rooms and swimming pool are good.. overall 3*. Property is not good and food is not good. Breakfast is available in the opp hotel from same group and not at the same hotel. And not even worth it. Book if u get in 1200 for couple. Rooms are worth it in the rate.

    PROS : 1. Location is great. 2. Rooms are good. 3. Great swimming pool. CONS : 1. NO kitchen so no food services. Even water bottles are not served. 2. Frequent power cuts and no generator back up available at hotel 3. Not suitable for family trips.

    This hotel got a great location besides River Baga, has great space to make most out of it. But, but, but restaurant management is not that much enthusiastic to provide a good customer support. Traveller don't get even basic facilities like water, breakfast and customer service. Hotel has a very negative waves, seems kind of ghost feelings. Very old and unmaintained rooms got rusted room washroom. Hotel didn't provided welcome drink or any water bottle for the sake of even courtesy. Attendant at reception had very lazy and was dull even cannot smile to welcome traveller. I would prefer to stay at private guest house rather than this oxygen survival accommodation with a expensive value. Traveller used to get in wrong impression by loving its location at 1st sight.

    My husband and I first stayed at this "guest house" not hotel in March 2003. It was a standard place then. We have just been back in October 2018, the place has not changed I don't think any improvements have been made at all. The hotel arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport on arrival, this was ok, but when they arranged the taxi to collect us on check out for departure at 3.45am in the morning the taxi did not turn up. Luckily we found a hotel close by with a 24 hr security guard who helped us arrange another taxi (the Hotel Riverside nightshift person, sleeps at night !!!!)
