    Our entire family,a wedding party from Mangalore, stayed for a week at the resort. We had a wonderful time. Very supportive staff, rooms are good, food is amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Also a big thank you to the management, Mr. Bharthesh and Mr Albert and the entire staff. Thank you.

    The location is very convinient, shops and restaurants are near by, Calangute beach is at walking distance. Authentic food with reasonable price. Environment is clean. Staffs are polite. we stayed for 8 days and we got a great assistance through out our stay in Goa. Overall BR residancy and its staff made our trip a memorable one.

    The stay was memorable and the best part is that its rates are reasonable despite being located at prime location. Hotel is well maintained. It is advisable to book the rooms early as rooms are limited and the hotel usually remains in demand.

    Location of the hotel is good as it is hardly 500m away from calangute beach. Rates are reasonable and the property is well maintained. Staff is polite and cooperative. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

    only food was very good of the hotel, rest is very bad, room linen was dirty , not white bed sheet , colour ful bed sheet , blanket was 1947 quality ,itching master ,, 3 days stay there we got skin problem , for itching bed sheets, 15 months before went there, when ask fresh bed sheet tell us u have to pay extra , never forgot the horrible experience,
