The location ,staff and food is ausumm their manager vinod ji is very helpful The pool is clean and well maintained with a separate baby pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything is best So near to famous beaches anjuna and vagator

Pretty good ambience and service. Staff was nice. Specially GM Mr Vinoj ji very kind hearted person He Has arranged every thing we want whether it is food or beer on the pool. Food was very tasty and hieghynic . The pool was also nice and clean Pool timing was nice and atmosphere was also quiet and calm. Really refreshing. The activities area was also very good near to ANJUNA BEACH and best place for party THALASA is also very near by . Must stay there

This was my first time staying in regent laguna and now we know this is gonna b our choice anytime we visit GOA. The services from check in till our check out was amazing. Rooms were spacious and have perfect view of pool. Staff is coutious and ready to help anytime one needs them. Oh the other best part was there breakfast, they have lip smaking breakfast for your everyday morning hunger . Have different menu everyday. Lastly all i can say this is the hotel one can rely upon and no one will be disappointed after staying here!! Special thanks to rajeev , the owner to make our more comfortable here.... The experience/service was very disappointing. I from Chennai went along with my family for the pooja holidays to Goa and had booked and payed for 3 rooms and one day (16th October night). But when we reached there, much to our surprise we were denied our rooms and the refund due to management change. With my parents having back pain and knee pain, it was hard to find another hotel after having travelled 2 hours from the airport. The manager Gulshan argued with us for over 1 hour and told us he can't do anything and that owner is unavailable. As the third party vendor (Happyeasygo) told us that refund can't be made from their side, we kept pushing and finally got the owner's phone number. It took us 1 more hour to convince the owner(Rajiv Sharma) that a refund has to be made. But suddenly the owner changed his mind and said he can't give refund. This is when we told the owner that we'd approach the police otherwise, then the owner suddenly appeared out of no where and refunded the money. Hope this helps people who think of booking in this hotel. I had booked the hotel as it is one of the best in Anjuna and that it had good ratings.
