Our family of 3 humans and 2 dogs spent a gorgeous 3 weeks at Niraamaya Goa. Was such a wonderful stay. Right on Benaulim beach, sprawling lawns, a lovely pool, large indoor spaces, high-quality furnishings, this place genuinely had it all. Rare to find such a gem. A special shout-out to the efficient, caring and warm staff there, especially Maneesh, Chef Francis and Hemant. They made the stay truly worth it.

Amazing place to relax in an ultra premium property with only 2 villas in a large complex. Benaulim Beach is right in front of the observation room and gives a private beach feeling. Pet friendly. There are few decent shacks on the beach also if one wants to step out.

As a solo US female traveler, this place was the perfect get away. A peaceful,quiet and relaxing place. Maneesh and Hementh were attentive and responsive. Excellent service and hospitality! I have dietary restrictions and Chef Francis was able to provide me with local fare and work around my gluten and dairy allergies. The food was of excellent quality and is made to order. I even got a cake and candle for my birthday. The staff truly made my stay special. The property has a secluded feel with a luscious garden and trees. The two main villas are set back from the beach. Only the villa (the larger one) with the pool has a view of the ocean. However, there is a beach villa located very close to the beach with huge windows overlooking the ocean that can be used by all visitors. A perfect place for sunrise and sunsets. I stayed in the smaller villa which has two separate accommodations (rooms) with a common area with a desk, couch and TV. I had my own spacious room with a king size bed and a luxurious bathroom. The room was surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with black out blinds. There was a patio directly outside of my room. The room was well maintained and very clean. My stay was amazing and I felt safe and pampered the entire time. Thank you for my much needed get away.

We have explored Goa quite extensively and stayed in different locations, but this was a true find. The location, the built and the services are beyond perfect. The hospitality is exceptional as well. The workstation in the beach house overlooking the ocean is the cherry on the cake. Would highly recommend this place.

the most stunning location in Goa. The attention to details in the design of property, facilities and hospitality all are top notch. Even the slection of books available is tasteful. loved every minute we spent at Niaramaya and can't wait to get back there.
