Caretaker Raju ka service bahot accha hein , he is so decent , he take care of guest so good, overall he is awesome

Villa is perfectly located in a close vicinity of hotspots around Baga. Support staff Raju was very welcoming and provided all necessary helps in arranging logistics, maintaining cleanliness and in-house cooking. Property has good amenities and could be maintained better such as Pool. Overall a nice place for a big group to have a peaceful vacation in goa.

Nice villa feel like home. Especially the care taker Raju bhaiya. Very nice and humble person. He will make you feel like home.

It's situated close to the Baga beach and property is good .An ideal one for group of friends rather than family.It has 5 bedrooms and each with attached bathroom.We have rented the whole villa.2 bedrooms in the ground floor and 3 bedrooms in the first floor.Each floor has living room and sofa in it .All the bedrooms are equipped with TV and AC that are in good condition.There is a swimming pool in the rooftop and it's not a big one.If 6 people get into the pool water will spill over into the ground floor and though windows are closed still it enters into the living room in the ground floor We have opted for cook from them and for that they charged 2000 per day and it was the worst part of that.Food that they cooked was pathetic and the main cook went out and a trainee cooked most of the times and it was a big let down.Dont opt for this service from them. Cleaning and Maintenance also not up to the mark.Care taker speaks only Hindi that's not a good for a place like Goa. Check in time is 2pm which is really bad Overall a nice property but with poor service and maintenance

The pictures of the villa make it look a lot nicer than what it is for the price we paid. This is more of an average bungalow with a small pool - however location is great. 1 bedroom was stinking when we arrived. Lot of trash outside the front of the villa inside the premises. No shower curtains, when asked it was mentioned that it had gone for washing and was provided the next day. Very average toiletries. The power consumption vs capacity was not enough and the mains kept on tripping. Kitchen was very basic one with an old gas stove. microwave and few utensils (limited glasses, cups etc.). Hanging hooks behind bathroom door were broken.
