Charming, family-run hotel, with a rustic approach lane, laidback appearance, rooms with balconies; coconut trees and brahminy kites for company. Reasonably good service. Multiple facilities like swimming pool and a comfortable dining space, are on offer.

 I had been to Casa Salvador Resort ( also name Veronica ), Calangute, Goa with family from 12th April to 16th April'22. I did direct booking by talking to Mr. Fernandes (Resort Manager), I had a clear talk with Mr. Fernandes that I want a package of 4 nights 5 days, Because my flight was after 8:00 pm on 16th April I had to check out at evening that my flight was in the night, so the same thing I had cleared from Mr. Fernandes that my check out time will be according to my package and not according to the check out time of the resort. But on 16th April'22 by 10.00am He asked me to checkout, Whatever we had talked about on the phone, he flatly denied that and forced me to check out, I also gave him the option to extend the booking of the resort for a few hours with minimum charges but he did not agree, ..I tried to speak to the owner of the resort Mr. Joseph but he also refused to talk....so on force I had to leave resort..., his behavior was very disrespectful and He was so Rude. This has never happened to me before..it was terrible experience. Talking about hospitality the staff here is uncooperative, rude and don't have manners to how to deal with customers, very unprofessional..... the rooms are not upto the mark they are not clean properly and the air-conditioned is really in very bad condition, during peak night when the guests are in deep sleep the air-conditioned are being turned off despite the prices are paid for Air-conditioned room. They do not have their own Restaurant. “Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness, bad attitude with very crap service. So don't book over there and save your money....Calangute Goa has lots of good options.
