    Room smelt of stagnate water, furniture very old and overall dirty, water was dripping continuously from showers, breakfast very basic in general hotel stay was very unpleasant. Find a better hotel as Guwahati has some interesting temples to visit!

    Smaller and congested rooms, smelly washrooms, towels and napkins are dirty. The rooms were so dirty that it had mosquitoes all around it. No cleanliness maintained and despite repeated complaints no one bother to check and cleaned the room. Staffs and especially the manager Mr. Dhananjay Chetri was very arrogant and high on attitude when asked for simple service like: >regular drinking water >ice bucket > cold drinking water. Day1: We have checked in yesterday on 15-apr, and still a day to go for check out. So far in a day we had all these observations and experience. Imagine in such a big hotel they did not provide for ice bucket. In Guwahati the temperature is around 30°© and the rooms in this hotel does not have a fan. Ideally it's good thought when you have a Centralised AC, but here they have put a split AC that too is on pathetic condition. Day2: Pathetic display of arrogant behaviour by reception and restaurant staff. The disappointing experience of poor service continued on my next day too. The above para is only my 1st day spent on 15th Apr. The next day 16th Apr which was our last day of the trip was no better. In fact it escalated to next level with one of the restaurant staff arrogantly spoke to me for a simple service I asked just to keep a cold drink bottle in their refrigerator. The manager still high in his egos did not intervene. It was only after we made a noise of complaints, the manager Dhananjay Chetri came to our room and apologized with folded hands. Which means he knew the kind of behavior and service they provided us. But even after that, there was no change in attitude and pattern of all the staff members. We have also filled up the complaint register and put our concerns in the same. Hopefully the rightful authority will address it so as the next guest coming in there wont face such repeated issues. ABSOLUTELY A MESS OF HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

    Using the word WORSE! If there is any other word to be used I would use that too. I have been to this hotel many times. And being a tour operator myself I have sent many clients here! And had complains from each and everyone of them. But then again I thought due to my good relation with the Chetry da (Manager). Things will be fine next time! Next time! And thats when they have start to take their PERMANENT GUEST as a JOKE! The kitchen manger Gonojit ( the person in the picture attached) has no manner, even my last guest complained about him, and last few days I had sent my cousins and they did the same complaint about Gonojit, and today I got the worse of hospitality from the same guy Gonojit! When the so call manger is not hospitable to their guest I wonder what will they teach their juniors! And now coming to the rooms! let me tell you about the current bookings I did in this hotels. I had booked 4 rooms and guess what 3 of the rooms ACs not working!!! There were hairs of previous guest who had checked out! (I wish I had clicked the photos of that too).

    Worst hotel.. coming here for third time but this time it was worst experience with the hotelier staff.. this is the last time with this hotel.. big no who are planning to stay here.. many other good options avl in ghy

    Worst experience.Room was is bad shape e.g. Tv was not working for 2 days,Table was broken and no one change or fixed the table.Food was horrible. Do not choose this hotel if you have any other option.
